What's the lowest temperature a six month lab. ret. could withstand?

This winter im planning on leaving my pup on the garage with his insulated dog igloo inside right here in Chicago. The temp right gets down to like the lows 20s 0r 10s. What i want to know is what what is the lowest temp a lab could withstand and could cold weather affect my pup's health, thanks!
