My mallard duck egg has little clearish marks on it, what does this mean?

I agree with Shade A ,these are usually signs of nutritional deficiencies,try adding a calcium supplement to the drinking water or mash ,these preparations also include some minerals & vitamins,should be good for general health & egg prodution .
