I have 10 feet ceiling in my foyer, I purchased a chandelier that is 19.5 x 36 will this work?

Is it 19.5 width X 36 length...you don't say what is the distance to/from ceiling height? I would say this is too big for a 10 foot ceiling...of course it depends on your foyer size too...many variables...pictures would help.
