Years of infertility and now pregnant?

With my first pregnancy, after a year of TTC, we did 3 months of Clomid. I got pregnant, with twins, on the third month. Becausew e had such a time getting pregnant with them, and because I had always been told I'd enver get pregnant on my own, we didn't really give birth control much thought. My twins just turned 4 years old last week and I'm 39 weeks with #3
