I am turning 15, im a girl and i am inviting 13 girls to go out to dinner for my birthday in scottsdale, az. I'm not very rich and i don't want to go somewhere like nypd, california pizza kitchen, or oreganos because everybodys already been there. I want to go somewhere with a cool atmosphere as well.
