I wouldn't worry so much about losing that much weight, but if your serious i would reccomend this: 2000 calorie/day diet eating 4-5 times a day. at least 30 mins cardio a day (this is most important). Use weights or resistance training. If you build muscle, it boosts your metablolsm. Lastly, drink tons of water, about a gallon a day. Good luck
