How would you go about making a Stitch costume from Lilo and Stitch?

i need to make a stitch costume, but i dont have much time. how would you go about making a homemade costume? (im not too great at sewing. so id like to use as little sewing as possible. but im pretty crafty) i want it to actually look like stitch; not lame! thanks guysss
