Do you think my dog saw a ghost?

Yes, I know my dog saw one. My brother and I bought the puppy for my Dad and he died unexpectedly in the house when the dog was less then 4 months old. So I inherited half a dog. He at one point many months later looked up at something behind me and ran away and into his kennel for safety.
