Do I have a good chance to get in to a Top 30 school? Harvard, Columbia, UMich, Georgetown, UPenn?

Absolutely. I think Harvard, Stanford, Princeton, etc might be difficult to get in. But Michigan, Georgetown, and those types are well within your reach. Especially if you live in Michigan. Of course, you need a strong application, but if you do a good job on that, I'm sure you will find a top 30 school that would love to have you. And you might even get lucky and get into one of the top 10 schools.
