Why this Somali-land State in the Horn of Africa is not recognised by the International community &UN.?

Since 1990 Somaliland was very stable & governing itself. Tell me why If US & EU are struggling for Kosovo & others to have their Independent country. I didn't mention the others whom have been granted to rule themselves already. Its total hepocracy by the west & UN. Its known the the Arab states are opposing specially Eygpt.
