Am I ugly- this isnt to get compliments its my low self confidence and just wondering your opinions (pictures)?

you are NOT ugly, OR curvy! how can you say that! your eyemakeup looks perfect, except maybe a bit dark, which makes you appear paler. anyway, the only thing (this isnt bad at all, just observation) your lips are on the thin side (thats like saying someones hair is on the light side, doesnt mean your ugly OR beautiful, just means thats how it is) so try wearing some coral lipstain with gloss on top to make them more of a focal point, and they will appear thicker!
