Animal kingdom and epcot in one day?

Me and two of my friends (18 & 19) want to go to both parks would we be able to see both fairly thouroughly? At animal kingdom we want to do expedition everest, the kilimanjaro safari, and the kali river rapids, maybe dinosaur and the lion king show, and then head over to epcot.
