What is 911 call response protocol?

This all depends on where you live, how busy they are and if it is a life or death situation, but no the police should have at least talked with you, you can call the station and ask to talk to the supervisor and tell them what your telling us..not all cops do what they are supposed to but I know they can be repremanded and even have to go back to training if they blow it.
