Rate my Earthbound/Blackwing deck?

I would give your deck a 6 out of 10. It is good that you limited it to 45 cards, but costons are better as a sacrifice monster than an attacking monster, and I don't think you should have 3 of any monster. Also, watch out for cards that cost you life points like 7 tools.
