Personally, I think one of the problems with online arguments is that we are only reading words; we do not know the attitude or the emotions of the person writing it and then we interpret their dialog any way we want. When speaking to someone face to face we can usually tell how they are feeling. I think the presence of another person is also somewhat soothing and empathetic as opposed to sitting alone and staring at a glaring computer screen. Face to face we also have the benefit of instant answers to our queries. I think it is the lack of human contact and the lack of emotions that brings out the bitterness in our responses. >:p

How to clear up an earlobe piercing infection?

Home & garden. Is it ok to use lawn gr clippings as mulch in a vegetable garden?

Gr clippings are all I use in my vegetable garden. I add them throughout the summer and they compost in place. My soil is terrific, with very little effort. Just make sure that you don't turn green clippings in to your soil as that depletes available nitrogen. Once they're dry it's fine. I have a very weedy lawn but haven't had much trouble with weeds in the garden at all. Straw does work great too but the years that I used hay I was overrun with clover. Between that and the fact that gr clippings are free it was a clear choice for me!

Wine isn't running any programs?

BMW 520 ES wheel balance problem?

I recently got my two front tyres (continentals) changed and after the tyre depot balanced them I noticed a wheel balance problem.(steering wheel vibration) Took them back for rebalance but no better. The problem was between 50-65 MPH. I then got them balanced at a more specialist place and the chap said they were approx 25 gms out but that now the wheels were running very true. I had this done before, You need to show them proof that you own the car, sign a paper and I had to bring in the door lock cylinder from the penger side door, because that on is not used hardly at all. practically brand new. I met my husband here in CA and we've been married for 16 years. My problem is a combination of having a husband who is not strong and a set of controlling in-laws. I have a vector that stores the f values, but when I use the command: rand1 = round(rand)*4 + 1 to get random integers from 1 to 5. The only values I get are 1 and 5. I actually made a loop that would only stop when rand1 equaled 2 and after thousands of iterations I had to stop it myself. rand is supposed to generate a number between 0 and 1 so I don't understand why it's not working.

Computer printer mystery?

Bought new laptop w/ win. 7. Hooked up old printer from win. 2000 unit and printed successfully. A few days later it wouldn't print...ink light flashing but cartridges are not old or empty. HP website diagnosed the problem as a print queue backlog jam ... properties say no jobs waiting though. I've unplugged everything several times, rebooted several times. Hi!! I have a big problem!! Me and my man discussed a few months ago that we were gonna get our own place together so that me and him can start fresh when the baby gets here(Im pregnant)! Side effects of Senna Leaf Tea and Pancreatitis?

Need help here and hoping a doctor may be around. 2 people I know had Pancreas attacks recently... there are 2 things those 2 people had in common ...was that they used Senna Leaf Tea as a laxative. One used it 3 times in 1 day. The other used it 2 times in one day and once to twice that following week. They did this because they were severely constipated up to the rib cage (according to docs). They both ended up with a Pancreas attack. However, one was drinking right before this all happened. The other rarely drinks and in small consumption. What I'm wondering is whether or not a few days or tea bags of Senna Leaf Tea could actually cause a Pancreatic attack. Yet i understand you also need to keep up with changing technology. The only thing is that I want an entry level job after I graduate, yet I do not know how to make myself marketable. I know computer science and technology is of the teacher.. even my medical doctor told me, yet what Field should I go into ? So I read somewhere that the enzyme "polyphenol oxidase" is released when an apple is cut, causing the colorless phenol to be converted into brown melanin, which is the cause of apples browning when left in the air. And I know that one of the ways to prevent apple browning (other than putting citric acids) is to add in protease. The reason behind this method, i ume, is that protease breaks down the polyphenol oxidase( which is the protein). So I was wondering, enzymes can digest enzymes? I mean protease is the enzyme here, and it is breaking down the substrate polyphenol oxidase, which is also an enzyme????

Does the phx suns need to revamp its roster?

They need definitely make changes. I personally don't like the Shaq and Amare combo. The offense is just stagnant with Shaq. The Suns just thought they can just get athletes and compete. They do need to change their roster, they need quality role players. Every good team has someone who can play defense and do the intangibles. You can't just throw guys like Amare, Shaq, Richardson together because I really don't feel like they make other people better. Another small block chevy cam question?Modern VS old school cams...?

OK I'm building a mild 383, s/r heads, 9.5:1 comp, rpm intake 750 carb, headers etc going in a 75 shortbox with a TH350 and 2200 stall. I almost have a cam picked out something with under 490 lift and 230 dur @50. I was going to but something like an old school crane, comp, elgin or isky 480 single pattern cam but I've been told to run a "modern " cam like a Comp XE or Lunati voodoo or Crane Z cam. Will these modern tech cams really run circles around the older stuff? Are they worth the extra $70 or are they just new hype for the cam companies to sell cams? My biggest concern is with all this increased "area under the curve" and faster ramps, doesn't this lead to valvetrain harshness and increased load and accelerated valvetrain wear? I am concerned with longevity with these grinds. What I want out of a cam is a noticeable lope at idle and good power and torque up to 5500-5800 rpm. I would like to hear the pros and cons of these modern cams. Thanks, Tim.
