What to do about Traffic tickets?

I was pulled over just 2 minutes from my house. Yes we were in the wrong because of everything life is throwing our way we forgot to Transfertags. Well first of all he targeted us but he said he pulled us over because he ccouldn'tsee our sticker. Which you can pplainlysee it! But he said that it was ffailureto register. On that ticket we were only on a 2 lane road and he wrote on the ticket that we were on a 3 lane road and wrote the wrong address on it.. Can that be thrown out because of it being wring. So we ccontinuedon our way to take my father in law home. Just not even a half mile from where we were parking the car a statey pulls us over, and gives us no reason. Has my husband get out of the car, and the officer was being nasty with him right from the start. But he patted him down and made him sit in the back of the car until all our socials came back. But he still never gave any reason. Well we got to our grandmothers and I pulled the ticket out of my purse and it pplainlysays ffictitioustags, but the first cop told us that it was not ffictitioustags because if it was then he would have to take my husband to jail and impound the car.. So how is that one tells us that its not that and then the next tells us its that? We are getting an attorney to find out whats going on but we cant talk to the attorney until Monday. So can anyone give me advice????
