My bearded dragon has a large swelling on his side.....what is it?

Don`t worry, I have booked an appointment at the vet for saturday, but I wondered if anyone else had this problem and how much it`ll cost, and is it easily treatable? He has a lumpy swelling all down his left side it is about the size three 20p pieces
